RESPONSIBLITIES
Daily tasks
• Check customer requirements on Outlook.
• Read and understand the requirements for each project.
• Review of new project documents and design intent including but not limited to architectural and structural construction plan sets.
• Plan and control own assignment.
• Use specific software/PDF Xchange Editor software to do the jobs.
• Generate models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Ensure the accuracy of drawings.
• Inform Project Lead/Manager about the status of assignment, including aligning expectations about time and quality.
• Self-evaluate and provide feedback to others and report on issues, changes, risks, and quality concerns to team leader.
• Keep all work history on server.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and 2 years of relevant experience in a product, project, or support engineer role.
• Software: FrameCAD; AutoCAD, SketchUp are advanced.
• Self-check of own work, carefully, responsibility, listening, receptive and long-term association.
• English referable
• Actively seek and learn new knowledge/skill in step with company's needs.
• Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems.
• Familiar with renderings of proposed designs.
• Experience working with team members in multiple countries and across several time zones (off- shore contracted engineering, international builders.)
• Working knowledge of MS Project, or equivalent.
Education and Experience:
+ A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing engineering, or any related field is preferred (open for fresher).
Skills and Competencies:
+ Strong technical English and communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
+ Open to feedback and able to provide constructive feedback when needed.
+ Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
