Mô tả công việc
1. Online sales activities
. Prepare monthly / quarterly campaign and promotion plan and improve the performance
. Track campaign results and make better campaign to optimize Effectiveness
. Optimize order processing process, monitor customer order behavior and market trends so as to identify ways to maximize sales potential..
. Develop cross/ up sales per customer to increase sales
. Report & analysis monthly, each campaign
. Work close with KAM platform to get visibilities, benefit for brands
. Other task requiered by Manager Ecom team
2. Contents development activities
. Ensuring information about: images, content is complete, beautiful, be accurate.
. Always keep the shop and products information up to date.
. The latest information and sales information are regularly provided through blogs (feed), live streams, and customer messengers.
. Create content for Product, promotion banners and work with designer follow design guide (identity).
3. Stock management activities
. Work close with key visiual team to ensure information about the promtion, gift, price
. Forecast stock as each plan, campaign
4. CS activities
. Operation & support with CS team about the campaign, promotion, ensure information is clearly to customer and CS team
. Response to all customer enquiry included inbox and comments on stores.
. Analyze customer's trend, comment, feedback and report

* Essential Requirements
. Experience in the field of e-commerce from 1 years or more. (i.e. key account management on e-commerce platforms).
. Have knowledge basically of operation ecommerce
. Good English
. Have a good experience and understanding of the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG industry
. Knowledge of market research methods, data analysis and statistical methods
* Personal attitudes
. Creative and passion to the job.
. Good organization and time management skills
. Good in MS office
. Hardworking, able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines.
. Able to work well in a team as well as individually.
. Possesses a high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Able to work multi task
