Order Fulfillment:
Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Implement strategies to minimize order processing times and reduce errors.
Inventory Management:
Manage and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular audits.
Collaborate with procurement and product teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Logistics and Shipping:
Coordinate with shipping partners and carriers to optimize shipping processes.
Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to minimize costs.
Implement strategies to improve shipping speed and reduce transit times.
Customer Service:
Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
Implement customer service standards and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
Address customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
Returns Management:
Develop and manage the returns process, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly experience.
Analyze returns data to identify trends and implement strategies to minimize returns.
Platform Management:
Work closely with the e-commerce platform team to ensure the website is functional and optimized for a positive customer experience.
Implement updates and improvements to the e-commerce platform based on user feedback and industry best practices.
Performance Monitoring:
Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce operations.
Generate regular reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and customer service metrics.
Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, shipping laws, and industry standards.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain product and service standards.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the e-Commerce space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-Commerce initiatives with other business function

University bachelor's degree in related field.
At least 3 years' experience in a management role in E-commerce Operations.
Knowledge of e-commerce systems: Proficient in systems (knowing about Haravan is an advantage).
Knowledge of data management: Know about PowerBI, Google Data Studio.
