• Manage retail business in Key E-commerce platform
- Follow company targets and manage to achieve KPI
- Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive the conversion rate for an e-commerce store.
- Manage to increase brand score in E-commerce channels
- Onsite & offsite traffic driving
-Prepare sale plan quarterly, monthly
- Set up promotion schemes
-Collab with Media and Marketing team to implement Sale Campaign on Shopee/LZD/Website.
• Market Insight and business analysis
- Analyze & report Ecommerce data
- Suggest action plans to improve the result
- Optimate the budget and maximize ROAS, and ROI on each channel.
• Stock Management
- Working with the Warehouse team to check the current stock status and keep product performance on-site well on each channel.
• Monitor daily performance on All E-commerce Platforms
- Complete orders at ecommerce platform
- Take care of our products and standardize product contents
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1 year- of experience in the E-commerce industry, both front-end and back-end (eg. Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo etc.).
- Very strong negotiation skill and selling skills
- Planning and organization skills
- Strong knowledge of online business, EL industry
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred, but not a requirement.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication in English
- Working time: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
