EHS Manager

Objectives: To build health & safety system and implement HSE and security activities of the Vilube Factory and Vilube Head Office- Branches to ensure compliance with legal requirements, safe working environment, no violation on safety and environment, contribute to the "ZERO HARM" journey of the company.
Responsibility:
Build HSE & Security management system and implementation
• Assessment current HSE and Security operation of Factory to identify improvement areas.
• Build safety management system to control major hazard/ risk of works at Vilube
• Develop safety program/ roadmap to enhance safety awareness and building safety culture for Vilube company.
• Deploy/ implement HSE program, apply safety rules, regulations, procedures at Vilube Factory and head office/ branches
Health & Safety management and Environment responsibility
• Manage Factory firefighting system to ensure availability in emergency cases
• Control implementation of ER (Emergency Response) drill plan
Capex Project H&S management
• Ensure the contractor supply enough qualified manpower, tools and perform tasks as required
• Coordinate with Project Manager to maintain the Project Health and Safety
• Manage Capex Project H&S activities.
• Propose safety plan for project
System compliance management
• Control legal compliance relating to all aspects of H&S
• Monitor and implementation of ISO 14000 or ISO 45000 (may be developed later)
• Facilitate external and surveillance audits, internal audits and ensure findings from audits to be implemented
• Review and finalize H&S training plan for Vilube personnels and contractors
• Define competencies and training plan regarding HSE and implementation.
• Coach, on the job training for employee on Safety
• Review and finalize Factory HSE Capex project, budget
