1. Employer Branding (EB)
- Develop and execute the overall Employer Branding strategy aligned with Masterise Aviation Infrastructure's positioning
- Create and manage recruitment content across multiple channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Career Page
- Plan and implement talent attraction campaigns (career days, job fairs, campus recruitment, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR & Marketing teams to define and communicate EVP/CVP and employer brand storytelling
- Ensure consistency of employer brand across all touchpoints
2. Internal Communications (IC)
- Build and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company culture and business goals
- Plan and execute internal engagement activities (town halls, internal events, employee engagement programs)
- Manage internal communication channels (email, newsletters, intranet, workplace platforms, etc.)
- Act as a communication partner to departments in change management and internal messaging
- Measure and evaluate effectiveness of EB & IC initiatives (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.)
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Employer Branding and/or Internal Communications
- Proven experience in building EB strategies or executing large-scale campaigns is a strong advantage
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute independently
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in large corporations or infrastructure/technical industries is a plus
