Easia Exclusive caters to the luxury segment, offering bespoke, high-end travel experiences that immerse our clients in the rich culture and natural beauty of Southeast Asia. From private villas to exclusive experiences, we tailor every detail to the discerning tastes of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & leadership: Develop and implement effective branding strategies to elevate Easia Incentive and Easia Exclusive.
Brand performance: Guarantee the brand's economic results and growth
Product development: develop the brand with creativity, innovation and differentiation monitoring market trends & launching new products. Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Brand awareness: develop brand awareness and strengthen the brands' offline/online presence cooperating with our Marketing department and executing creative communication and marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. Lead the awareness of our Business Development Managers' team on the markets around the brands.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Hard Skills:

Background: You have a higher education background in tourism and/or sales (minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry. A genuine knowledge of the luxury tourism and events would make all the difference.
Destinations expertise: Ideally, you are familiar with our destinations, either through promoting or selling them previously or having visited them personally.
Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing environment.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with a focus on long-term brand growth.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of any European or Southeast Asian language is a plus.
Technical Skills: Tech-orientation and strong skills in Microsoft pack office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

Creative Vision: A flair for creativity and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box.
Passion for Travel: A genuine passion for travel and a deep appreciation for Southeast Asian culture.
International Scope: You thrive in a multicultural environment, with a genuine interest in and ability to adapt to different cultures.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Work Ethic: Independent, you are organized and detail-oriented, and commited to maintaining the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all your work.
