Event & Community Coordinator

1. End-to-End Event Production
Concept & Strategy: Develop creative event themes and concepts that align with our focus on women's football.
Technical Planning: Design event layouts (floor plans, flow of movement) and manage all pre-production logistics.
On-Site Execution: Lead the "boots on the ground" production, ensuring everything from AV to branding is perfectly installed and managed.
2. Merchandise & Procurement
Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with vendors for high-quality apparel and branded gear.
Production Pipeline: Manage the full lifecycle of merchandise-from initial pricing and sampling to overseeing the final printing and delivery.
3. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
The Voice of the Brand: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external sponsors, and partner brands.
Football Liaison: Build and maintain authentic relationships with football teams and team leaders. You will be the face of the brand within the women's sports community.
Participant Management: Ensure a seamless and exciting experience for all event attendees and athletes.

Detail-Oriented: You care about the quality of a screen print on a jersey as much as the timing of a keynote speech.
