The Executive - Sales manages business partners and designated market area to reach agreed turnover and profit objectives and achieve the desired market position within the scope of the mid- and long-term strategy as defined by the management.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain and develop good relationships with distributors, key customers, and support KOL engagement activities.
2. Gather, summarize, and report internal and external sales, market, and competitor information regularly, provide basic analysis, and support strategy and cation plan planning.
3. Proceed forecasting process and execution with internal teams to implement product launch plans and reach sales targets.
4. Execute decided strategies to grow market share in the assigned area.
5. Ensure to maintain and grow the Market share for Omron Healthcare brands in the area responsible.
6. Work under supervision with limited decision-making scope, focus on execution excellence.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in related field
• 1 - 2 years sales experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Nutrition, FMCG industry.
• Having knowledge of Hospital and Clinic sales activities, the pharmaceutical market and/or a medical environment is advantageous.
• Possess strong problem solving & negotiation Skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to learn & Resilient mindset
• Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Passion in healthcare industry and commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service
