Lead and host guest excursions in the sea (snorkeling, fishing and etc), hiking tours, sport & beach activities.
Create engaging and personalized guest experiences.
Share knowledge of local culture, nature, and attractions.
Ensure guest safety and follow activity procedures.
Prepare and maintain activity equipment.
Coordinate bookings and support smooth activity operations.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 1 year of experience in marine life, tour guiding, hospitality, recreation, or a related role.
Boat captain license or Scuba Diving/Free diving certification.
Good spoken and written English.
Swimming ability and comfortable working outdoors.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Additional languages and First Aid training are an advantage.
