Job Overview
Promotes the hotel and its outlets, achieving optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company. This role handles the business of each Food & Beverage outlets in house.
Implements all sales activities and maximizes business opportunities in his/ her specific area of responsibility, under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage.
Builds and maintains a quality database to broaden market reach and generate guest loyalty, creating awareness and build restaurants' reputation in the local market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Being proactive sales and driving revenue for all outlets.
Being creative, be able to analyst F&B market trend and create F&B promotion as well as sitting market pricing positions of each season.
To be representation all outlets and taking care regular guests & VIPs.
Team player for driving guest's satisfaction.
Set business targets.
Plan and execute guest and competitor market survey programs.
Propose
business development plans, business strategy ideas and coordinate with related parties to implement those plans.
Prepare activity plans and schedules to define specific goals and plan sales communication.
Introduce the service features, promotions of the Restaurants to potential accounts.
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Lotte.
Assist the Management team to develop, implement and execute the revenue, revenue and marketing programs for all outlets.
Develop, coordinate and implement social media initiatives as well as beverage promotional programs.
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
Serve as the point of contact for guests and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events for parties of six people or more in the restaurant.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for Management review.
Regularly update and report to Director of F&B;
Perform other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Proven experience in Sales or Catering, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
Strong understanding of F&B operations and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
