Mô tả công việc
Govern and optimize the end-to-end manufacturing operations of the plant, securing a resilient and highly expandable production footprint.
Command the output performance and industrialization of transferred optical solution configurations, ensuring that capacity metrics, quality standards, unit costs, and safety protocols correspond perfectly to customer specifications and project transfer schedules.
Reinforce operational integration with external partners and cross-functional departments to guarantee a seamless transfer of process parameters and technical knowledge.
Develop local plant capabilities by improving equipment, advanced tooling, high-precision jigs, raw material flow, production scheduling, and total facility readiness.
Oversee and coordinate daily workflows across production planning, process engineering, maintenance, warehouse management, and quality control.
Perform systemic reviews and optimize layouts, machines, tooling, and utilities to successfully support company goals for unit cost reduction and overall performance.
Enforce absolute compliance with the defined Manufacturing Process Definition, proactively lowering the Cost of Poor Quality while improving Quality Notifications.
Direct product testing procedures, product transfer builds, and the subsequent pilot-to-mass production ramp-up phases for new product lines.
Provide strategic technical input on product design reviews, equipment modifications, and engineering decisions to improve overall product manufacturability.
Champion a culture of operational excellence through the systematic application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Zero Defects, Kaizen projects, material flow optimization, and waste elimination.
Uphold full conformity with international guidelines and internal regulations regarding 5S, EHS standards, RBA codes of conduct, SR, and corporate physical asset protection.
Empower and develop the manufacturing division through rigorous capability-building, clear KPI architectures, and proactive succession planning.
Fulfill other key strategic tasks as requested by the General Manager.

Yêu cầu
Education: Holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or an equivalent technical field. Candidates holding a Master's degree or Lean Six Sigma certification will be highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of seasoned experience in operations management specifically within Electronics, high-tech Engineering, or precision manufacturing environments.
Transfer & Project Expertise: Experience in large-scale factory transfers, NPI ramp executions, and greenfield/brownfield start-up operations is highly preferred.
Leadership: Strong cross-functional leadership, team-building, and multi-cultural stakeholder-management skills.
Technical Core: Deep technical understanding of plant operations, covering production execution, ME/PE, SQE/QA, equipment maintenance, and supply chain logistics.
Methodology: Proven capabilities in applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and cost reduction programs to eliminate production waste.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, strategic planning mindset, and excellent communication skills.
