Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Trials Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing field trials for bio-pesticides and rice seed treatments. This role requires a deep understanding of agricultural research, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and product commercialization, along with strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Trials Management:
Develop and plan field trials for bio-pesticides and rice seed treatments.
Implement and manage field trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
Collect, manage, and analyze data from field trials to evaluate treatment efficacy and safety.
Monitor and document environmental conditions and factors affecting the trials, such as soil health, weather patterns, and pest populations.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with agronomists, researchers, farmers, and other stakeholders to coordinate field activities.
Provide technical support and training to field staff and partners.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulatory standards and guidelines.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and scientific papers based on trial results for internal use and publication.
Product Commercialization:
Assist in the development of commercialization strategies for successful bio-pesticides and rice seed treatments.
Work with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and product documentation.
Support the registration and approval process for new products, including compiling necessary data and reports.
Engage with customers and distributors to provide technical information and support for product adoption.
Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer needs.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Agronomy, Plant Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Specialized training in bio-pesticides, rice cultivation, or plant-microbe interactions is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agricultural field trials, particularly involving bio-pesticides and seed treatments.
Proven track record in managing and executing field research projects with rice or similar crops.
Proficiency in experimental design and data analysis software
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for field trials and agricultural product testing.
Practical knowledge of rice cultivation practices and challenges.
Experience in product commercialization, including market research, regulatory processes, and customer engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple trials simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of trial data.
Able to speak Vietnamese and English
