Mô tả công việc
Budget Monitoring:
Assist and support budget owner in development, validation and execution of the financial budget for the Functions and related areas.
Work closely with Commercial team to control and monitor budget performance and propose adjustments to achieve business targets.
Ensure smooth communication with accounting for consistent charges against budgeted accounts.
Advise accounting entries from budget perspective to enhance financial statements presentation. Monthly review booking of specific accounts and propose the accounting department with the correct adjustment (if any).
Financial Analysis and Decision Support:
Ensure timely and accurate financial reports and information for Commercial Department including monthly/quarterly budget monitoring, distribution profitability & headcount analysis
Advise and update Commercial area management on accounting processes and procedure
Other ah-hoc tasks: contract management, ad-hoc analysis.
Yêu cầu
College/University<>University Graduate, major in Finance or Accounting
3 years experience in finance/accounting areas (at corporate level) or 2 years experience in budgeting areas of multinational corporation.
Experience at similar responsible is desirable.
English proficiency, good Microsoft Office users (focus on Excel and Power Point), analytical skill is a must, good comunication skill.
