Job description:

Supervise and coordinate the finishing department's daily operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor and manage the workflow to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of orders.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and reduce production costs.
Implement and enforce quality control measures at every stage of the finishing process.
Conduct inspections of finished goods to ensure they meet company and customer specifications.
Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Lead and motivate a team of finishing operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure that finishing equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate on implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor inventory levels of finishing materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock to support production needs.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize material procurement and delivery schedules.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
Make data-driven recommendations for improving departmental performance and achieving production targets.
Lots process wise scanning and hand over process to other (QC/Brushing/Dying) department should be coordinating and shift leaders and accuracy should be 100%.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology or related fields.
3-4 years of experience in weft knit fabric finishing and skills of operating Stentors, compactors.
Solid knowledge of finishing processes and technology.
Proficient in computer skill.
Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication (In English and Vietnamese)
Teamwork abilities.
