Terumo Vietnam Co., ltd is a 100% Japanese company, specializing in manufacturing medical equipment. Because of demand for production expansion, we are recruiting a GA Senior Staff position. If these tasks are familiar with you, please don't hesitate to apply your CV immediately
- Plan and complete documents, working process to support for general GA tasks (company licence, seal, document, telephone, fax, fire preventation & fighting, v.v.)
- Manage and oversee all contracts with GA service suppliers (cleaning, gardening, security, canteen, uniform, rental car, v.v.)
- Manage and control office purchasing and liaising with suppliers (stationery, ink cartridge, drinking water, v.v.)
- Manage and arrange air tickets, hotel booking or accommodation for expatriate team, manage foreigners' visa, temporary residence card, v.v.
- Plan and carry out company events (recreation, year-end party, v.v.)
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University
- At least 3 years of working experience in multi-national companies
- At least 1 years of working experience at the same position
- Strong experience in servicing, especially towards internal customers
- Good command at English
- Good negotiation skill, excellent communication skill
- Excellent office and MS office skill
- Hard working, pro-active and logical thinking
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working time: 8:00 - 16:45, off 2 Saturdays/ month
- Working place: Terumo Vietnam co., ltd; Quang Minh Industrial park, Chi Dong, Me Linh, Hanoi
