Garment Production Planning Supervisor cum Merchandiser

We are seeking a seasoned professional with solid expertise in both production planning and merchandising across knit and woven apparel categories. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end garment manufacturing processes, preferably gained through experience in both factories and international buying offices. This role demands strong analytical capability, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage large-scale planning for 30-40 manufacturing partners/vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate production planning activities for a diverse portfolio of 30-40 vendor factories, ensuring timely execution aligned with delivery targets.
Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions to prevent delays and improve productivity.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to generate, consolidate, and interpret multiple production and performance reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sourcing, QA, logistics, and factories to streamline workflow and resolve production issues.
Support merchandising functions by tracking order status, following up on critical paths, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors.
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Communicate clearly in both English and Vietnamese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Drive continuous improvement in planning systems and workflow processes through data-driven insights.
