• Bachelor's Degree, preferably specializing in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field
• At least 9 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, etc.
• Experience in commercial & brand planning in an international environment
• Experience in managing premium segment brands
• Experience in Automotive or Luxury Lifestyle categories is a plus
• Strong project management ability with meticulous attention to detail in pursuit of spotless operations
• Inherent agility and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to elevate commercial & analytical thinking with creative solutions that uphold brand values
• Guiding and driving for creative excellence. Having an eye for modern luxury aesthetics is a must
• Proficiency with fundamental marketing planning frameworks, assets and collaterals, market research methodologies, brand performance measurement platforms and indicators, modern
digital marketing tools and channels
