Strategic Capital Allocation & Liquidity Risk Governance:
Formulate comprehensive short-to-long-term corporate financing strategies aligned with group expansion roadmaps and project timelines.
Direct rolling cash flow projection models across the parent company, operating subsidiaries, and specific project entities to anticipate liquidity surpluses/deficits.
Establish capital distribution guidelines to optimize liquidity allocation, balancing operational commitments with group-wide solvency constraints.
Implement treasury risk controls to mitigate liquidity, interest rate, and debt-repayment exposures.
Treasury Management & Yield Optimization:
Exercise central governance over group bank accounts, short-term placement portfolios, and cash management instruments.
Structuring yield optimization frameworks for surplus liquidity while strictly adhering to safety limits and counterparty risk boundaries.
Direct execution for fixed-term deposit arrangements, roll-overs, or liquidations, maintaining precise oversight of interest accruals and collateral pledges.
Partner with accounting heads to reconcile financial charges, deposit yields, and bank fees against ledger entries.
Capital Raising, Debt Structuring & Financial Institution Relations:
Evaluate corporate funding demands; structure optimal capital architectures leveraging debt instruments, project financing, shareholder advances, and bank facilities.
Spearhead discussions with banking partners, fund managers, and credit institutions to negotiate commercial terms, pricing, covenants, and disbursement schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Accounting, Project, Commercial) through credit underwriting, financial due diligence, and loan documentation phases.
Track credit limit utilization, debt service obligations, collateral coverage ratios, and financial covenants to provide early-stage risk alerts.
Managerial Financial Reporting & Strategic Decision Support:
Architect standardized managerial reporting frameworks across holding entities, operating units, and real estate project vehicles.
Construct complex financial models and sensitivity analyses to evaluate capital deployments, feasibility metrics, and revenue/cost scenarios.
Deliver executive analytics on capital usage, treasury performance, and funding costs directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Team Leadership & Governance Compliance:
Oversee departmental operations, workflows, and performance evaluations for corporate finance personnel.
Enforce internal control policies, delegation-of-authority matrices, and financial confidentiality standards across all funding transactions.
Requirement
Age & Background: 35 to 45 years old. Bachelor's degree or higher in Corporate Finance, Banking, Accounting/Auditing, Economics, or related fields.
Professional Designations: CFA, ACCA, CPA, or Master's in Finance/MBA is highly desirable.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 08 years in corporate finance, treasury, or investment funding, including at least 03 years in a senior management capacity.
Solid track record within real estate, investment holding, construction, or financial sectors. Direct leadership in structuring bank credit lines, project financing, and consolidated managerial reporting is essential.
Technical & Software Mastery:
Deep command of corporate debt instruments, bank credit facilities, financial risk management, and contract terms.
Advanced financial modeling abilities in Excel; familiarity with ERP, Power BI, or enterprise financial planning tools.
Language & Communication: Professional English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for reviewing international financing documentation and communicating with foreign counterparties.
Key Leadership Traits: Systemic analytical thinking, high integrity, strong negotiation skills, and executive-level stakeholder management.
