Job Description
Oversee and manage all aspects of Guest Relations operations, ensuring strict adherence to the hotel's standards and procedures.
Deliver personalized and attentive service to every guest, consistently aligning with hotel protocols.
Ensure the Guest Relations department is adequately staffed and supervised at all times.
Provide warm welcomes and high-quality service to elevate guests' experiences.
Protect guest privacy and ensure confidentiality of their information.
Handle guest complaints with professionalism, resolve issues satisfactorily, and document them accordingly.
Utilize necessary equipment and supplies for seamless operations and initiate requisitions when needed.
Monitor and communicate guest feedback and complaints accurately to management.
Stay informed about VIP guest arrivals and their specific needs.
Adhere to schedules, contractual terms, and deadlines as agreed with management.
Perform additional reasonable duties as directed by the Manager.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational competence.
Familiarity with hotel management systems.
Capability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
