[Hanoi] Regional Building Maintenance Manager

Proficient in English (Writing skills and Speaking skills);
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Must be knowledgeable about relevant laws, regulations, and building codes;
- Excellent technical skills in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF);
- Outstanding business communication skills and the ability to effectively work with stakeholders;
- Have experience in buidling construction is a strong plus;
- Having a wide network of building renovation providers/vendors is preferred;
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills;
- Good communication and customer service skills;
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Able to travel for work in APAC region.
