JOB DESCRIPTION
DAILY TASKS
Arrange & combine efficient delivery locations for bus drivers.
Order lunch/overtime meals for employees
Order lunches for BOD & manage petty cash
Collect VAT invoice, prepare & check payment requisitions for leasing owner, electric, water, meal, taxi, bus, printer ink, photocopy, IT, rat, security & maintenance services, new supplies, etc.
Support & monitor IT issues
WEEKLY TASKS
Book FedEx, DHL delivery from VN to UK, AU
MONTHLY TASKS
Check monthly statements from delivery suppliers, bus drivers
Order office cleaning materials & food, beverages, stationery ...
Other tasks assigned by directors, HRM
REQUIREMENTS
- Good at English
- Good at Microsoft Office
