JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is designed for students or fresh graduates who are interested in exploring HR in a hands-on and well-rounded way. At Bouygues Construction IT Vietnam, you will support various HR activities, including recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. You will have the opportunity to learn how HR works in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful internal and external initiatives.
Your main responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Support in candidate databases management
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with candidate communication
Branding & Content
- Support content creation for employer branding channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist in developing posts, visuals, and content ideas
- Support in developing and standardizing visual and communication materials for employer branding and events
- Support and coordinate for external events with universities and partner organizations
Culture & Engagement
- Support organizing internal activities aligned with company culture & branding
- Assist in coordinating and communicating internal engagement initiatives
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and consistent employee experience
HR & Administrative Support
- Assist with daily HR/ Admin operations (payments, document updates, etc.)
- Help organize and maintain HR files and templates
- Provide general support to the team when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in relevant fields with a strong interest in HR
- Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to support content-related tasks
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Comfortable supporting both people-related activities and administrative tasks
- Good command of English
- Familiarity with basic media or content creation tools (e.g. design, video, or AI tools) is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated Penetration
Testing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to cybersecurity
operations and penetration testing projects. In this role, you will support the
Penetration Testing team by coordinating daily activities, understanding
testing workflows, and assisting with documentation and project tracking.
This internship is designed for students who
are passionate about cybersecurity and want to learn how penetration testing
projects are delivered in a real business environment.
Your main responsibilities:

Support the
coordination of daily activities within the Penetration Testing team.

Assist in
tracking project progress, schedules, and task assignments.

Help organize
project documentation, test reports, and internal knowledge materials.

Learn and
understand the end-to-end penetration testing process and project lifecycle.

Observe and
familiarize yourself with different penetration testing methodologies, tools,
and deliverables.

Communicate
with team members to ensure information is properly documented and shared.
REQUIREMENTS

Third- or
fourth-year university student majoring in Cybersecurity, Information Security,
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Basic
understanding of cybersecurity concepts, especially Security Operations Center
(SOC) or network security.

Strong
interest in penetration testing and ethical hacking.

Good English
communication skills, both written and spoken.

Good
organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Proactive,
responsible, and willing to learn new technologies and security practices.

Able to work
independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
