JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Recruitment Consultant, your role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your clients, which could be organizations of various sizes and industries. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives.
Candidate sourcing: Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct approaches. You may also use advanced techniques such as Boolean searches tools.
Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the positions you're hiring for.
Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance to both parties and ensuring a smooth interview process.
Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring that both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements. You'll also handle the formal offer process, including salary negotiations and contract preparation.
Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment. Provide strategic advice to clients regarding market conditions and talent acquisition strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry best practices
