EVENT & OPERATION INTERN
Your responsibilities
Event & Communication:
● Coordinate event logistics and roadmap planning with business roadmap
integrating where necessary collaboration for the Sustainable Event
Management.
● Create and manage event content and designs for social media (LinkedIn,
Facebook), ensuring a professional and consistent brand image as well as
engaging with followers.
● Align event communication within broader marketing & communication strategy
and plan for both Green Transition (GT) and GT: Hub (including social media,
website, press-releases and newsletter).
Office Operation:
● Assist Chief of Staff to plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day office & team
operations.
● Perform general administrative coordination duties, with partners, customers,
suppliers, team.
● Assist in monitoring tasks prioritization and update (ensuring debottleneck and
timely result delivery)
● Update stakeholder's database following networking activities
● Support to maintain and update company documents and filing systems (MoU,
contract, other administrative documents), finance related tasks (expenses,
team claims evidence)
● Support cross-functional team in projects collateral and other area needed.
● Provide ad-hoc support to Chief of Staff.

ESG REPORTING & OPERATION INTERN
About the Role
GT is a trusted partner for various global and domestic industry associations, NPOs, and
NGOs in the collective efforts to accelerate the sustainable transition of businesses. This
include two core tasks: (1) Designing the suitable approaches for businesses based on
the sectoral characteristics with unique sustainability challenges & opportunities; and
(2) Developing accessible & feasible Data-driven ESG solutions to reinforce compliance
& business opportunities and increase data disclosure transparency for trust &
reputation.
We are finding a key player for the long-term success of many relevant projects,
starting as an intern and potentially securing an official position.
The activity that the intern will be working on is to support the GRI Country Manager
in the ESRS* project coordination.
*A key project for this internship is the research contribution to GRI Program on "Enhancing Sustainability Reporting
for Small and Medium-Enterprises" (ESRS) in Vietnam, with support from the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs
(SECO) from the Swiss Confederation. For more information about Global Reporting Initiative (GRI):

But also supporting the Expert team including the Green Transition Co-Founder &
Managing Partner in developing Sustainability & ESG Reporting following international
standards (GRI, IFRS, ESRS...)
Responsibilities
GRI Program Operation:
• In charge to coordinate GRI program implementation in close collaboration
with the GRI Country Manager.
• Support GRI Country Manager in collaborating with external stakeholders
associated with various MOU signature.
• Support GRI Country Manager in monitoring and reporting on program
implementation.
ESG Reporting activities:
• Support a comprehensive review of ESG disclosures-related regulations in
Vietnam and selected international and local financial institutions regarding
their ESG disclosure requirements for SMEs.
• Support a review of practices by selected large enterprises (as case studies)
acting as supply chain leaders, focusing on their ESG disclosure and
implementation requirements for SMEs in Vietnam.
• Coordinate, manage collection, analysis of the ESG data, ensuring accuracy &
compliance for reporting & certification purpose.
• Support in research and editing of ESG Reporting following international
standards (including GRI, IFRS & ESRS)
Develop Sustainability & Environment knowledge based to sustain our services
on top of the market.
• Support cross-functional team in research, project collateral and other areas
needed, increase proposal & project delivery professionalism for our customers
and partners.

Requirements:
Education and Training
Background
Bachelor Degree (or currently pursuing one) in Sustainability, Environment, Public
Policy or a related field
Work Experience Not required but an asset
Management Experience Not required
