JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Support users to use HR systems through phone, email, and web services.
Create and maintain user manuals.
Assists in testing and implementation of HR system functions.
Provide customer satisfaction in the area of support service, in a timely manner.
Maintains a great relationship with assigned clients.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
3rd or final year student from university majoring in Economics,
Finance/Accounting, Human resource, Information System/IT is preferred. The expected graduation date should be after December 2025.
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
Ability to work full-time in 6 months.
Good customer service and problem-solving skill.
Ability to multi-tasks, attention to details.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet browsers.
Good English in written and verbal communication.
