This role is for freshers/ new graduates. However, we expect someone with good foundation regarding to knowledge, interpersonal skills. We are willing to train but not for "a brand new paper".
Your role shall be:
You will build, test, and maintain real systems-AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work across our operations, using completely AI tools (Low code, or no code platform).
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms
Identify repetitive operational processes and eliminate them through automation
Integrate AI models (LLMs, APIs) into internal tools and workflows
Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve existing automations
Document systems clearly so the team can understand and extend them
Collaborate with team leads to scope and prioritize automation projects
REQUIREMENTS
1. Fresh graduates welcome - attitude and curiosity matter more than years of experience
2. Strong English (read, write, speak - working language of the team)
3. Familiarity with at least one automation tool (n8n, Make, Zapier, or Claude)
4. Basic understanding of APIs and how systems connect
5. Self-directed - you don't wait to be told what to do twice
BENEFITS
100% remote in Vietnam
Working: from Mon to Fri (9h to 18h)
Basic salary: 10,000,000 VND - 14,000,000 VND
Bonus, commission and performance incentives.
