Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our Marketing team. This role will support the execution of performance-driven digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive online conversions
II. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Manage and optimize paid advertising channels to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
Coordinate and maintain content across digital platforms including social media, website, email marketing, etc.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Work closely with Content, Design, and other teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
Stay updated with digital trends and contribute creative ideas to improve campaign outcomes.
Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
Basic understanding of online advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
Experience working with brands or agencies in FMCG, Beauty is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
