Job Description
. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
. Develop new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and meet budget guidelines.
. Identify account distribution and resolve void issues
. Develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems
Recommend management routinely of tribulations and opportunities trying to resolve issues and improve growth prospects
. Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers.
. Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
. Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
. Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.
. Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers.
. Managing existing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Requirement:
. Proficient in English is an advantage
. Good teamwork skills and able to work independently.
. Proactive thinking, laborious and progressive
. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
. Ability to adapt to different personalities.
. Proficient in Word, Excel and accounting software.
. Basic accounting and reporting skills.
. Good
communication and presentation skills.
. Excellent time management skills.
. At least 1,5 - 2 years experience at Account position
