JOB IN SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive TA Intern to join our ofi Vietnam Talent Acquisition team. This role will primarily support recruitment operations and data management while gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support recruitment operations including job postings, CV sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
Maintain and ensure accuracy of candidate data, recruitment status, and documentation within systems
Assist in data entry, reporting, and system updates for upcoming projects
Provide administrative support for recruitment activities and team coordination
Contribute to talent pipeline initiatives and employer branding activities
Other tasks as assigned by Manager
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Final-year students or fresh graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Strong work ethics and eagerness to learn are a must.
