What You'll Do
Contribute to real production projects for US-based startups.
Learn and build in one or more areas:
Backend (APIs, databases, cloud infra, distributed systems)
Frontend (React, TypeScript, [protected info], UI/UX)
AI/LLM (RAG pipelines, vector DBs, evals, guardrails)
DevOps/Infra (CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability)
Ship features end-to-end with mentorship from senior Spartan engineers.
Participate in our proven process: async standups, PRDs/RFCs, code reviews, testing.
Experiment with AI-native tooling (Cursor, Claude, Codex) to boost your workflow.
What We're Looking For
Strong English communication - you'll collaborate directly with US-based teams.
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) OR recent graduate.
Solid foundation in at least one area: algorithms, data structures, databases, or web dev.
Familiarity with modern programming languages (TypeScript, Python, Go, Java/Kotlin, etc.).
Curiosity and eagerness to learn fast - a builder's mindset.
Tech You'll Touch (depending on your track)
