WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Observes and analyzes guest feedback and providing a comprehensive view across all platforms;
- Executes Guest experience operational audit regularly and reports weekly/bi-weekly depending upon headcount;
- Identify Kaizen actions based on feedback and audit;
- Daily table touching during operations to collect on-spot feedback and be additional QC & QA;
- Expands scope to include trainings for improving guest experience according to feedback analysis from Guest Service Coach.
