1. Employment:
- In charge of recruitment activities for Operations Management and Restaurant Support Center (all Ops management level & Restaurant Support Center (Senior Officer and below level) including posting advertisements, screening, interviewing, and conducting reference checks (if necessary).
- Supervise and support the PnC Recruitment Team (R&S) so it can run smoothly and follow up PnC procedures always well done.
- Prepare, check, and file staff personal documents in soft and hard copies of assigned restaurants/Restaurant Support Center following PnC procedures, and input to HRIS System.
- Monitor the recruitment process.
- Develop and build up general online recruitment strategies and create content for the social recruitment channels to drive up audience engagement and traffic
- Maintain a systematic inventory of potential candidates for future retrieval.
- Build appropriate networks to source candidates for current or future openings.
2. Compliance:
- Assist in preparing PnC internal audit and store check of authority.
- Prepare periodic reports as assigned by the Line Manager.
3. Training & Development/ Project:
- Support/ follow up training projects such as JM Management Trainee, Internship program, management trainee,...
- Support to deploy Employer Branding, Job fairs...
4. Staff Relations:
- Conduct exit interviews for the management team
- Other tasks will be assigned by The Line Managers
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University or college graduate, Human Resources Management, or related fields are preferred.
Experience:
Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
BA degree in Social Sciences/ Business Administration.
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience HR Field.
Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
Knowledge of recruitment and experience in mass recruitment will be preferable
A pleasant and outgoing personality is a plus
Good Computer skills, good English, and local dialect.
Working effectively in a dynamic atmosphere
Problem-solving skills and leadership skills.
