Job Purpose
To support day-to-day logistics operations, customer service administration, merchandising coordination, and brand activation execution across online and offline channels. This role ensures operational accuracy, timely coordination with internal teams and partners, and smooth execution of marketplace listings and campaign support.

Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics & Fulfilment Support
Assist Logistics PIC in order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
Update and maintain shipment status, delivery records, and inventory movement in internal trackers.
Coordinate with warehouse, 3PL, and courier partners for daily operational follow-ups.
Support return, exchange, and basic claims documentation when required.
Prepare weekly logistics reports (orders shipped, pending, delayed).
2. Customer Service & Merchandising Administration
Support CS team in order checking, status follow-ups, and customer inquiry tracking.
Assist Merchandising PIC with:
SKU list updates
Product availability checks
Stock allocation for campaigns or channels
Maintain accurate product master data (SKU code, pricing, descriptions, images).
Coordinate internally to ensure correct product info across channels.
3. Brand Activation (Online & Offline) - Admin Support
Support execution of brand activations, promotions, and campaigns (online & offline).
Assist in preparing:
Campaign checklists
Product lists
POSM tracking (if any)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure activation timelines and deliverables are met.
Support post-campaign admin work: recap files, data collection, photo tracking.
4. E-commerce & Marketplace Listing Support
Assist in product listing and updates on marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop).
Upload and maintain:
Product titles
Descriptions
Images
Pricing and promotions
Support campaign setup (bundles, vouchers, basic promo mechanics).
Conduct listing checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with E-commerce PIC to fix listing errors or missing information.

Requirements
1. Education & Background
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields (E-commerce)
Available for full-time internship (2026)
2. Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and good administrative discipline.
Basic understanding of logistics, e-commerce, or marketing operations is an advantage.
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up with different stakeholders.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
