Purchasing tasks:
- Mostly work with local Vietnamese B2B vendors/ clients. Fixed monthly cross salary, no pressure on extra commission, only work with available partnerships from the compan database source.
- Develop suppliers; Request suppliers to make quotation; Communicate about delivery schedule and resolve other potential matters.
- Communicate with clients about delivery schedule.
- Collect and compare quotations on the base of market and former price.
- Issue and keep track of the purchase order.
- Make monthly settlement with suppliers.
- Other assigned tasks as directed and supported by Team Leaders and Managers.

* Required skills/ abilities:
- Good communication skills and teamwork; flexible, responsive, and skills./ Khả năng giao tiếp hiệu quả, kỹ năng đàm phán linh hoạt, tinh thần và trách nhiệm làm việc nhóm cao.
- Be able to go on 1-day business trip to Dong Nai province if needed/ Có thể đi công tác đến công ty khách hàng tại Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai trong ngày nếu được phân công. Có xe đưa đón của công ty.
- Report and presentation, microsoft excel skills./ Có khả năng tạo báo cáo, trình bày thông tin theo yêu cầu dựa trên excel hoặc dữ liệu hệ thống S-ERP ...
- Basic English skills (Korean speaker is a plus, language allowance for TOPIK certificate)./ Trình độ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản (có trợ cấp ngôn ngữ khi có chứng chỉ tiếng Hàn Topik).
- Have a passion in the business and customer support service./ Có niềm đam mê, tinh thần cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong việc
chăm sóc khách hàng.
- Graduated from college or above. Positions open to junior staff.
- Experience required in the same position: Min 1 year.
