The Job
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Head of Product owns the responsibility for establishing product concepts during early product stages, closing the gaps between expectation & current states while ensuring the development process is properly aligned with business goals.
This position requires a strong balance of:
- Identify product's problem space by analytical and structured discovery methods.
- Establishing the product definition that can scale into later implementation phases.
- Communicating and influencing outcomes clearly in environments where product direction evolves frequently.
- Working comfortably with high-level stakeholders in a co-creation service model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze business objectives, market signals, user insights, system ecosystem, operational challenges, risks, and product opportunity spaces.
- Translate discovery findings into clearly structured product initiatives
- Maintain alignment and confidence in external stakeholder discussions through continuous validation on evolving business context.
- Deliver the product definition outputs by organizing business logic, data expectations, and system touchpoints, keeping feasibility and consistency through ongoing stakeholder syncs, ensuring the outputs are connected, relevant, and feasible for delivery teams to build on.
- Unaided positive influence on structured output quality, clarity of rationale, team collaboration effectiveness, and stakeholder trust.
- Encourage analytical rigor and foster solution ownership within the team using strength-based people partnership methods and ways of working that support scalable, traceable, aligned execution.
Your Skills and Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management with clear strength in structured Discovery and scalable Definition input creation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product direction discussions through clarity of communication, structured logic foundations, domain modeling, and rationale-driven collaboration.
- Hands-on experience building artifacts that span product scope, business logic hypotheses, system workflows, data domain relationships, and phased product initiative design.
- Comfortable consulting to external decision-making stakeholders as well as partner effectively within cross-functional teams that work independently with high ownership of execution.
- Familiar in handling ambiguity, evolving priorities, and frequent validation cycles.
- A people partnership mindset, enabling influence through logic, communication, trust and individual strengths.
- Passion for advancing team output clarity, shared knowledge, and analysis discipline standards.
Nice to Have:
- Client-facing experience in consulting or advisory environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level, ecosystem-heavy or regulatory-aware product environments.
- Career motivation toward long-term evolution into product thought-leadership roles.
