• Evaluate finished vehicles based on customer acceptance criteria.
• Manage and oversee reliability testing processes.
• Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and track quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards and practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with reliability testing and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
