• Sales Strategy & Execution (40%): Execute targeted B2B sales strategies to acquire high-value enterprise clients (Key Accounts) across strategic industry sectors. Directly drive the team to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets and expand market share.
• Team Coaching & Management (30%): Lead, mentor, and coach the Sales team. Establish challenging but feasible OKRs. Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and provide immediate, actionable feedback to improve individual and team win rates.
• CRM & Process Standardization (20%): Standardize industry-specific Saleskits and Catalogs. Enforce 100% compliance with Odoo CRM usage for pipeline tracking. Actively drive the team's transition from traditional sales models to a scalable, Product-Led Growth (PLG) approach.
• Systems & AI (10%): Participate in operating and improving workflows on the ERP system. Proactively research and apply AI tools in daily tasks to accelerate lead generation, personalize client outreach, and automate sales reporting.
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
● Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
● Core Competencies:
◦ Problem Solving & Empathy: Capable of identifying the Root Cause of lost deals. Exhibits deep empathy to understand the hidden "unmet needs" of B2B clients that they do not explicitly state.
◦ Result Oriented: Acts as a Team Coach. Highly effective at setting, tracking, and providing feedback on OKRs. Can translate company goals into the team's daily language to maintain high motivation.
◦ Adaptability & Self-Learning: A Change Advocate who supports trial and error. Actively builds and packages knowledge into standard SOPs and internal training materials for the sales team.
◦ Technology & AI: Uses Data Analysis to find actionable insights. Comfortable integrating multiple apps to streamline workflows and utilizing basic AI Agents for sales automation.
● Professional Knowledge & Experience:
◦ 3-5+ years of B2B Sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a
Sales Manager or Team Lead role.
◦ Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or selling B2B platforms is highly preferred.
◦ Proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets and successfully coaching junior
sales staff.
◦ Deep, hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and workflow optimization.
