We are looking for a talented Head of Operations who is responsible for the delivery of strategic operational and performance excellence across the stores. The role is required to bring sales drive and energy without compromising quality and reputation and is a key contributor to the achievement of the service strategic plan through its people and processes.
Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- People - To ensure the effective management and training of all retail staff to deliver high-standard service and create memorable customer experience
- Procedures - Responsible for establishing Operations SOP, ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in all retail locations
- Performance - To maintain, seek, utilise and analyse management data to manage performance, seize opportunities and make informed management decisions, taking appropriate remedial action as required to reach and maintain retail budgeted sales and net income contributions and develop and drive the business.
- Product - To track sales performance to understand exactly what specific SKUs are selling, how fast their moving, and what locations are driving revenue, formulating definitive strategies for slow moving items.
- Property - To ensure shop standards are maintained on an ongoing basis and met relevant time schedules.
