JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive and respond to customers' inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, or in person
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer requests/complaints.
Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies to customers.
Monitor and handle customer requests quickly, accurately, and effectively.
Prepare related periodic reports.
Propose solutions to improve service quality, ensuring the retention of existing customers and the development of new customers.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Word, Excel
- Medical background or experience in handling medical records is preferred
Honest, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Strong sense of responsibility at work
Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks
Flexible and able to work under high pressure

REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in Marketing or related roles

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with partners and internal teams.
Growth-oriented mindset with a basic understanding of marketing and campaign effectiveness.
Strong skills in tracking, consolidating, and reporting work progress.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans.
Collaborate with other departments to align manpower planning with booking volume
and business needs.

Advise the BOD on operational strategies, process improvements, and standardization

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial
role
Proven track record in clinic/hospital operations management
Strong experience in process improvement and operational optimization
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, responsibility, and self-discipline
Good command of English and/or Japanese

Monitor payment deadlines from customers (B2B).
Prepare documents such as contracts, quotations, and acceptance records to be sent to
customers.
Manage office supplies and all related items within the common office area.
Obtain price quotes from suppliers when requested.
Perform other tasks as required by the Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic English
Good at computer skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills, time management
