JOB DESCRIPTION
* Admin (30%):
- Support office snack buying/filling
- Support admin payment: collect bills/receipts (corp card, postage)
- Support receptionist tasks, company events
* HR (70%):
- Support for collecting Labor records (gather personal documents; update HR system; preparing onboard/offboard process);
- Support for recruitment (update CV, interview time on HR system);
- Support for submitting HR related report to authorities;
- Other related tasks assigned by leader, managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd/4th year student at college or university in related majors (HR, Business Administration, Accounting)
- Full-time working is preferred
- Basic English skills
- A person who is careful, focused on their work and be responsible

- Salary: 3,000,000 VND/month (Full-time; 24 working days)
