JOB DESCRIPTION
*** Probation: First 3 months based in Hai Phong HQ (factory) (formerly Hai Duong Province) ; company provides commute, accommodation, and daily meals during this period.
1. Product Knowledge & Market Insights
Understand the company's scented candle lines, including ingredients, characteristics, and unique selling points.
Research market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to deliver effectiveconsultation.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer databases.
Listen to customer feedback to improve both products and services.
Develop international clients through e-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Amazon, etc.), trade fairs, exhibitions, and other potential channels.
3. Order Management
Track, process, and coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timelyorder fulfillment.
Handle order-related issues such as changes, complaints, or warranty inquiries.
Manage customer data, prepare sales reports, and support market planning
REQUIREMENTS
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to support international clients
professionally. (Additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, etc. are a plus.)
Preference for candidates with customer service experience or those who have workedina similar industry.
Strong market awareness with the ability to analyze and capture trends accurately.
Proficient computer skills, especially office tools and work-supporting software.
Proactive, adaptable, and quick in problem-solving.
Capable of expanding business channels and identifying new industry resources

Chụp+ Chỉnh sửa hình ảnh sản phẩm Amazon: main image, infographic, lifestyle, A+ content
Thiết kế và tạo video phù hợp listing sản phẩm theo concept, theo mùa, theo thị trường.
Tối ưu hình ảnh nhằm tăng CTR & conversion, không chỉ đảm bảo thẩm mỹ
Phối hợp với team Sales để xây dựng concept phù hợp khách hàng mục tiêu
Thực hiện A/B testing và đề xuất cải tiến dựa trên hiệu quả thực tế
REQUIREMENTS
Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thiết kế E-commerce là một lợi thế (ưu tiên Amazon)
Thành thạo Photoshop/Illustrator; có portfolio sản phẩm thực tế
Có tư duy thiết kế phục vụ bán hàng (sales-driven), hiểu hành vi khách hàng online
Chủ động, có khả năng phân tích và tối ưu
Đọc hiểu tiếng Anh ở mức độ tốt.
