1. AI Intern
Job Description
Participate in data preprocessing, dataset construction, and evaluation pipeline development for both embeddings and SLMs.
Prepare datasets for agent behaviours: reasoning traces, tool-use data, and conversation flows.
Support research and development of Vietnamese SLMs (1B-8B) and embedding models for AI agents, RAG, and tool-use scenarios.
Support internal benchmark dashboards and experiment tracking (W&B).
Evaluate agent performance: accuracy, tool success rate, latency, and stability.
Stay up to date on the latest research in SLMs, embeddings, AI agents, retrieval systems, and scalable model deployment.
Working Location: VNG Campus, HCMC
Requirement
Must-Have
● Currently a 3rd- or 4th-year student, or soon-to-graduate, studying
Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 working days/week
● Strong Python skills and familiarity with NumPy/PyTorch.
● Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and HF Datasets.
● Understanding of basic NLP concepts: tokenisation, embeddings,
and language modelling. Hands-on experience with embedding
models (BERT/RoBERTa/DeBERTa/etc).
● Knowledge of small LLM architectures (Qwen, Gemma, Mistral,
LLaMA).
● Comfortable reading and implementing ideas from research papers.
● Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Nice-to-Have
● Familiarity with RAG, vector databases (FAISS/Qdrant), or
agent frameworks
● Understanding of LoRA, DPO, distillation, or LLM alignment
techniques.

2. Network Intern
Job Description
● Learn about the Data Centre network system:
● Understand the components and network architecture of a Data Centre.
● Learn about network protocols used in Data Centre environments.
● Get familiar with infrastructure and different types of server and
network equipment.
● Participate in Data Centre operations:
● Learn procedures and guidelines for supporting the installation and

Background

3. Software Intern
Job Description
● Write code and build simple to medium backend features under the
mentorship of senior engineers
