MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Import
• Track import shipments and ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Work with freight forwarders and vendors to organize shipments in a timely manner.
• Perform customs procedure and ensure correction of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms.
• Resolve unexpected and related problems if any.
Export
• Book space to export the goods in a timely manner.
• Perform customs processing and ensure correctness of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Landing and all related documents requested by customs and customers) and Customs Declaration Form.
• Communicate with local and foreign customers, freight forwarders and relevant parties to ensure that all shipments are shipped in a timely and correct manner in accordance with customer requirements.
• Prepare and ensure the synthesis of records for Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and Sanitary Certificate, according to standard requirements.
• Tracking and following-up stock and making the settlement report for Import, for Export and Processing contract to Customs.
• Make report to Customs based on the nomenclature and information of the concerned sections.
• Resolve unexpected and related problems if any.
Logistics expense control
• Follow-up, check and verify freight forwarder invoices for both imports and exports, obtain approval from the respective department head and forward to the finance department for payment.
• Make a bid, obtain the best quotations of freight rate and services.
• Have methods to optimize and reduce the cost of logistics.
• Follow other tasks as required of Line Supervisor.

• Minimum Diploma level in Logistics, International Trade or Business administration.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Export-Import in manufacturing companies or forwarding agent.
• Proficient in English communication (writing and speaking).
• Good communication skills and have high responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Customs declaration and Customs regulations.
• Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations.
• Knowledge of logistics and freight industry.
