JOB DESCRIPTION
Deliver high-quality cultural experiences (cooking, coffee, tea, heritage storytelling)
Engage and interact confidently with international guests
Maintain consistent service standards and guest satisfaction
Continuously research and refine storytelling content
Represent the brand's cultural identity and values
REQUIREMENTS
Strong passion for Vietnamese culture and heritage
Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
Confident public speaking and group facilitation skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to perform consistently under guest-facing pressure
Prior experience in hospitality, education, or performance is a strong advantage
