Mô tả công việc
Job descriptions
• Day to day organization and management of HR activities such as:
Recruitment, training and development to create a quantitative and qualitative well-equipped workforce.
Implement HR tools to support the business likes induction program, job profiles, succession planning, exit interviews and engagement survey.
Analyzing staff turnover and working with line management to solve issues.
• Maintaining personnel files, keep them up to date
• Compensation & Benefit: To manage/review and solve all issues related to Salary, Social Insurance, PIT, Union, labor report, labor contract, KPI, employee benefit, company discipline.
• Preparation of social and health insurance reports to concerned local authorities.
• Provide input and implement global HR strategy, policies and processes according to Vietnam Labor Code and Regulations. Update office policies and ensure the compliance with them.
• To update laws of labor, SI, [protected info] make the company rules.
• To organize & manage the activities between employees and departments, building corporate culture, code of conduct among members.
• Day to day organization and management of Admin activities.
• Other HR & Admin tasks as assigned by Country Director.

Yêu cầu
Job requirements
• Experience in HR &Admin (Logistics / Forwarder in foreign companies is a plus)
• English fluency & Microsoft Office skill (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
• Have the spirit of teamwork with honest- careful- professional Ethics
• Strong at control and management skills, passion & enthusiasm & high responsibility in work.
• Strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary, strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situation.
