We are seeking a high performing Employee Engagement Staff to help drive our market differentiating "people culture" at KPMG. The successful candidate will work with
business leaders, engagement manager and employees to execute operational systems, people engagement programs and projects, contribute innovative engagement initiatives to ensure that KPMG is a "happy, healthy and safe" working environments for all employees across the Firm.
This is a role within a high performing PPC team, with great career advancement opportunities. Key job deliverables will include, but not limited to:
1. Internal Communication and Employer Branding:
• Be responsible for employee engagement communication timely such as email announcement,
poster, intranet webpage content, internal magazine, social media content, etc.
• Support and contribute ideas/data/information to create "People Passion" programs that response
to insights collated from people listening system, e.g. GPS, etc.
• Support trade union representatives, KClubs (KPMG Sport clubs), Vietnam Corporate Pride
Network to promote recreation activities including gift arrangement, firmwide announcement, etc.
2. Project Management:
• Be responsible for in-charged projects from ideas to implementation which focused on building
Happy, Healthy and Safe culture: Feel Good Friday series, Townhall, Year End events, Vietnam
Corporate Pride Network (VCPN) events, Corporate Citizenship program, Inclusion, Diversity and
Equity (IDE) events, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement, employer branding
activities, and other ad hoc projects from Management/ CEO.
3. HR administrative tasks and logistics arrangement:
• Execute and coordinate vendor contractual/payment process under support of People Passion
supervisor, Admin and Finance Departments to ensure policies/instructions/agreements are fully
adhered.
• Support in developing and delivering another related task within PPC Team.
4. Others
• Other projects are assigned by Performance Manager/ HoF.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Human Resources or Marketing preferred
• 1 - 2 years experiences in a role dealing with people, culture, and engagement topics
• Independent and proactive and passionate with people engagement topic. Able to understand employer branding topic and participating in discussion with other teams
• Excellent English communication skill and computer high literacy
• Have good common sense and effective people interaction skills
• Detail-focused and careful characteristic
• Have a good sense of humor and enthusiasm to help energize team members
• Able to travel for business on request
