Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Human Resource Manager (Manufacturing, ID15443, $1150):
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with manpower needs.
Execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, especially in the garment/printing industry.
Collaborate with outsourcing labor suppliers to ensure sufficient workforce supply.
Monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks in Bình Dương.
HR Operations & Administration
Manage labor contracts, including preparation, renewal, and tracking of contract terms.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with labor regulations.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Administer payroll-related data, including overtime tracking and reporting.
Manage social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance processes.
Ensure accurate and timely periodic HR reports.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Handle employee issues, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes when required.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
Support internal audits and HR reporting to top management.
Requirement
Male/Female, Under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role in manufacturing
Strong experience in garment or printing industry (preferred).
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR practices.
Fluent in English (reporting to foreign management)
