Responsibilities:
• Find the right candidates for various projects
• Develop a job search strategy
• Post jobs on open-source boards
• Search for new candidates using various tools and sources
• Organize interviews
• Approve and write job offers for candidates
• Help candidates to adapt to the new work environment
• Manage a candidate database
• Perform analysis and internal reporting
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
• Creating, maintaining, and organizing office records, files, and databases.
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked.
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation.
• Assisting in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
Yêu cầu
• Working with large amounts of information
• Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques
• Results orientation and quality of work
• Ability to multitask and cope with high workload
• Responsibility, self-sufficiency, well-developed communication skills
• Willingness to grow in the HR field
• Interest in sales will be a plus
