- Act as a strategic partner to the B's Mart management team, aligning people strategies with business objectives, enabling sustainable growth, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role combines strategic HR planning with hands-on operational support to deliver business results through people.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with
business leaders to identify workforce needs and align HR plans with business strategy.
- Provide HR insights to support decision-making and organizational design.
- Lead workforce planning and budgeting to ensure optimal resource allocation.
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire top talent.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs to accelerate integration and productivity.
* Performance Management
- Support leaders in setting performance goals and conducting regular reviews.
- Ensure performance management processes are applied consistently and fairly.
- Use performance data to identify development and reward opportunities.
- Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Identify key talent and critical roles; create succession plans.
- Lead development initiatives (e.g., leadership programs, skill training) to prepare future leaders.
- Facilitate internal mobility and career growth for employees.
* Compensation & Benefits
- Partner with C&B team to review and benchmark salary structures.
- Recommend pay adjustments, incentive plans, and recognition programs to attract and retain talent.
- Monitor labor costs and optimize headcount efficiency.
* Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting company values and behaviors.
- Address employee relations issues with fairness and compliance
* HR Compliance & Employee Relation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, discipline, and grievance handling.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support audits
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP or HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders.
